It not only had an integrated screen but a user interface and the first Apple mouse. The Apple Lisa was a huge and ground-breaking leap when compared to previous launches. The Apple II came with its own case as well as containing a MOS Technology processor running at a mere 1MHz with 4KB of RAM. The following year, in 1977 the Apple II swiftly replaced its outdated predecessor with a new, more commercial product.
